Primary TargetPlasminogen activator-induced lysis of fibrin clots
General description
A 452-amino acid glycoprotein present in plasma at about 70 µg/ml. Efficiently inhibits the plasminogen-activator-induced lysis of fibrin clots. Forms a covalent complex with plasmin and inactivates it.
